Op de Polderlichtavond van 20 maart 2018 kwam een tweetal onderwerpen aan de orde, namelijk portfolio’s en “In de stijl van”.
Een tweetal portfolio’s werd bekeken, namelijk die van Peter en die van Maarten.
Peter zijn portfolio kenmerkte zich door een breed scala aan foto’s. Van foto’s met het onderwerp architectuur tot zelfs verdwaalde straatfoto’s.
Maarten liet veel Flora, Fauna, Mens, Beweging en Architectuur foto’s zien.
Verder kwam die avond de opdracht “In de stijl van” aan de orde. Een uitdagende opdracht die door 24 leden werd uitgevoerd.
De bedoeling van de opdracht was om in de stijl van:
Ben, René Kuipers, Andrew, Eddy, Elisabeth en René van Rijswijk. te maken
Een aantal weken geleden werd bepaald wie welke foto in de stijl van een van hen zou maken.
Een behoorlijk aantal foto’s moesten er vanavond behandeld worden.
René wist op een soepele manier de nodige aandacht aan alle foto’s te geven.
Besproken werd welke stijl van foto er gemaakt was, wat Ben resp. René, Andrew, Elisabeth, Eddy, René vR daar van vonden en wie de maker van de foto was.
Mooie plaatjes werden er getoond. De meeste foto’s “In de stijl van” waren goed te traceren.
Duidelijk werd wel dat het geen eenvoudige opdracht was. Vele leden moesten iets maken buiten hun comfort zone doen.
Het ontwikkelen van een specifieke stijl gaat niet van de ene op de andere dag. Het zomaar even nadoen is daarom heel lastig.
Wel bleek dat het net iets anders doen dan je gewend bent voor vele leden een vervolg zal krijgen.
Op 3 april a.s. staat op het programma vrij werk of een “minimalistische” foto.
